Ofir Krako brings over 25 years of leadership experience in recruitment, professional services, and technology outsourcing. Before becoming CEO of Nisha, he served as CEO of Nisha Pro and held senior management positions in the technology sector. Combining human capital expertise with broad business insight, Ofir leads Nisha’s recruitment, executive search, professional services, and technology outsourcing operations.

Rinat holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration and certifications in HR, Group Facilitation, and Coaching. Following a 10-year military career as an IDF Major, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience in executive recruitment. At Nisha Group since 2016, she manages senior recruitment for public sector and consumer industries, overseeing executive search processes across governmental and business organizations.
